Role: Pricing Specialist / Internal Sales
Salary: Competitive + bonuses
Work Pattern: Office-based, Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week

With over 35 years of success in global freight forwarding, they are continuing to grow — and are looking for a motivated professional to join their Birmingham Branch.

What You\’ll Do:

• Negotiate rates with carriers, hauliers, and suppliers
• Prepare and issue customer quotations and proposals
• Communicate with customers to manage and follow up on quotes
• Adjust pricing to secure new opportunities
• Build lasting relationships while delivering top-tier customer service

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Experience working under pressure and to deadlines
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of ocean freight operations
