We are recruiting for an experienced Ocean Export Operator for a new role in Birmingham. The role is with a Freight Forwarder that has a great reputation for customer service. We are seeking applications from candidates with experience of handling full container exports or groupage exports. You will have full responsibility for taking the export booking from the initial quotation stage through to departing UK port whilst attending to all necessary documentation.
Daily duties:
- Providing export seafreight quotations
- Organising export collections
- NES entries for customs
- Preparation of bills of lading
- Resolving any queries
- Planning export deep sea movements
