Opportunity
Join our pioneering team as a Discovery Project Manager and help shape the future of early-stage drug discovery through truly integrated science. We’re looking for a structured, impact-driven individual with strong organisational and execution skills to drive discovery-stage research projects across interdisciplinary teams. This isn’t about managing siloed streams of work—it’s about enabling collaboration and coordination across wet-lab biologists, ML researchers, data scientists, and drug discovery experts to deliver science that is greater than the sum of its parts. As a Discovery Project Manager at Relation, you will play a central role in aligning diverse interdisciplinary teams around a common purpose. You will lead project planning, streamline workflows, and ensure timely execution by translating scientific and strategic goals into clear, actionable roadmaps. Your ability to keep people and priorities aligned will be crucial to accelerating our most important target discovery initiatives. You’ll be at the core of our mission, where ML meets experimental biology, contributing to programmes that turn large-scale genetic and clinical datasets into novel biological insights and therapeutic hypotheses. Our Lab-in-the-Loop platform brings together data, models, and experiments in a tight feedback cycle, and your work will be key to ensuring these efforts are synchronised, efficient, and outcome-driven in the earliest stages of drug development. If you’re passionate about enabling world-class interdisciplinary science and want to work at the cutting edge of computational biology and medicine, we’d love to hear from you.
