As a Head Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty of our grounds throughout the year.

Experience in a similar role is essential.

Key points about the role:

  • No two days are the same; your daily tasks may vary unexpectedly.
  • Comfort with getting your hands dirty is necessary.
  • Health & safety compliance checks are mandatory to ensure everyone\’s safety.
  • Our gardens are the first impression for our guests, so they must look perfect.
  • You will have the opportunity to train new staff to uphold our standards.
  • All Heads of Department participate in the Duty Manager rota.
  • When team members leave, you will be involved in recruiting new talent.
  • Collaboration across departments is encouraged; we are one team.
