Relais & Chateau at Thornbury Castle are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our hard working and professional 5* Hotel Team. You will be working in a unique and beautifully restored Castle supporting the operation in the kitchen, creating memorable and impressive experiences for our guests.

Job Description

  • Zero hours contract
  • £12.71 per hour
  • Will include evening and weekend shifts
  • Use the industrial dishwashers to clean all crockery and chefs’ utensils
  • Clean the Kitchen Areas following full Food Safety and COSHH guidelines
  • Basic preparation of vegetables under the supervision of senior chefs
  • Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures
  • Support the team and help colleagues where needed
