The Torridon in the Scottish Highlands is seeking an experienced 1887 Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operation of our award-winning restaurant.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves exceptional service, develops great teams and takes pride in delivering 5-star hospitality.

You’ll lead the front-of-house team, work closely with the kitchen, support wine and menu knowledge, and ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for.
