The Bryntirion Inn in Wales is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our food offering.
You will drive consistency in quality, presentation and service while collaborating with our Chef Partner and Executive Chef to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise staff, control costs, ensure food hygiene and health and safety compliance, and help develop seasonal menus that showcase fresh ingredients.
