We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade.
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the smooth running of your section, working closely with senior chefs to deliver dishes to Michelin‑level standards. This role is ideal for a talented Commis or junior Demi Chef ready to take the next step, develop technical skill, and contribute to a world‑class kitchen environment.
What You’ll Be Doing as Demi Chef De Partie:- Supports the Chef de Partie or senior chef team in managing and operating a designated section to an exceptional standard.
- Prepares, cooks, and presents dishes in line with SOURCE’s culinary ethos and exacting standards.
- Assists with daily mise en place, stock rotation, and organisation.
- Works collaboratively with senior chefs on menu development and refinement.
- Helps guide and support Commis Chefs, contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture.
- Maintains impeccable hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across all work areas.
- Contributes to smooth kitchen operations through teamwork, communication, and consistency.
- Experience in a fine dining or Michelin‑level kitchen, or a strong background in high‑quality restaurants with a desire to progress.
- Ability to prepare and cook dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
