We are seeking a creative and organised Social Media Coordinator to support and grow Palé Hall's digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a luxury hospitality environment, bringing the story of the estate, its people, and its experiences to life across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels
  • Manage day‐to‐day social media activity, including scheduling and community engagement
  • Capture on‐site content (photo/video) that reflects the brand's tone and aesthetic
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and events
  • Monitor performance and provide insights to optimise content and engagement
  • Stay informed on social media trends, particularly within luxury hospitality and travel
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
  • Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organised
  • Confident in capturing and editing content (mobile or basic tools)
  • An interest in hospitality, food, travel, or luxury brands
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
