Full time permanent position: 40 hours per week worked over 5 days, mainly evening shifts and weekends. Shifts between 12.30 to 00.00.

  • Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
  • Answer all queries about the menu including drinks and make suggestions.
  • Take ownership of guest’s requirements and food allergies.
  • Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments.
  • Effectively communicate with managers and all colleagues.
  • Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.
