Palé Hall is seeking an additional Concierge/Porter to strengthen our vibrant Front of House team. We are looking for someone outgoing, flexible, and confident in engaging with guests, ideally with strong local knowledge to share.
You will become familiar with the local area and its attractions, recommending places to visit, highlighting the best walks, advising on travel routes, and suggesting activities.
Previous hotel experience is not essential; what matters most is your personality, enthusiasm, and the contribution you can make to our team. Full training will be provided.
Our Reception team are the welcoming face of Palé Hall, responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, supporting check-in, valet parking, and ensuring a consistently warm and helpful presence.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate flexibility, with a willingness to support other departments as needed. As a busy and dynamic hotel, adaptability and a positive team spirit are essential.
