Our kitchen porters are the unsung heroes of Palé Hall and a vital part of the team that comes together to provide a terrific experience for our guests. No experience necessary, you just need to be a great team player we can rely on! We'll give you all the training you need.

Shifts will be a mix of daytime and evening, ensuring that the kitchen and surrounding areas are kept clean and hygienic at all times. Duties will include:

  • The washing of dishes, cutlery, crockery, pots etc, both manually and by machinery
  • General cleanliness of walls, floors etc
  • Providing support to the chefs in helping to clear work areas
  • Cleaning all required items as requested
