As Deputy Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind smooth, confident service. You'll support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team day‐to‐day, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, understood, and looked after. You'll set the tone on the floor, coach the team, and help shape a culture where people thrive and standards stay consistently high.
What You'll Be Doing as Deputy Restaurant Manager:
- Leads and motivates the Front of House team to deliver warm, intuitive, guest‐focused service.
- Runs shifts with confidence, ensuring seamless coordination between FOH and kitchen.
- Supports recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of the team.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and operational flow.
- Manages reservations, guest communication, and service pacing.
- Supports stock control, ordering, and cost awareness.
- Acts as a role model for SOURCE values, ethos, culture, and service style.
- Steps up in the absence of the Restaurant Manager to ensure continuity and excellence.
