About Us

Rela8 Group is a fast-growing B2B events company with a fun, entrepreneurial spirit. We design and deliver high-impact, insight-led events for senior technology leaders across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and the US.

From high-energy summits and strategic roundtables to exclusive executive dinners and VIP experiences, we help our clients build real relationships with the people that matter. As our portfolio continues to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Event Manager to join our team and take the lead on delivering exceptional event experiences.

The Role

You’ll fully own a diverse event portfolio—in-person and virtual—including summits, roundtables, executive dinners, and hospitality-led activations. From initial planning to on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up, you’ll be the operational lead, ensuring everything runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

This is a remote position, but regular travel is essential, including London-based events and international trips to Europe and the US.

Key Responsibilities

Event Operations & Delivery

  • Plan and deliver a wide range of corporate events—from senior executive dinners to large-scale summits
  • Manage event timelines, logistics, venues, budgets, suppliers, and documentation
  • Lead on-site execution and post-event wrap-up (including debriefs and reporting)
  • Deliver multiple events simultaneously across the UK, Europe, and the US

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, sponsors, venues, and third-party suppliers
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Delegate, Sales, Marketing, Content) to align goals and drive event success
  • Support the Director of Events on strategic planning and innovation projects

Technology & Innovation

  • Use Cvent to manage delegate registrations, communications, and on-site logistics
  • Collect and analyse attendee data and feedback to inform future improvements
  • Bring fresh ideas to enhance attendee engagement and the overall event experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on, end-to-end event management experience (B2B or corporate environment essential)
  • Strong track record delivering international events (Europe and/or US preferred)
  • Confident user of Cvent for event logistics and delegate management (non-negotiable)
  • Experience working with senior-level stakeholders and executive audiences
  • Skilled at juggling multiple projects under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-headed, solution-oriented, and able to think fast on-site
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Zoom experience is a bonus
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship)

Working Hours & Travel

  • Monday–Thursday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm & Friday, 9:00 - 4:00pm (with flexibility required during event periods)
  • Regular evening events and occasional weekend work
  • Frequent UK travel (especially London) and international travel (Europe & US)
  • Overnight stays are required for certain events

What We Offer

  • 💻 Fully remote working (UK-based only)
  • ✈️ International travel to the US, Europe & UAE
  • 🎂 Birthday day off
  • 🎄 Extra Christmas shutdown (on top of annual leave)
  • 🧓 Company pension scheme
  • 🏖 21 days holiday + bank holidays
  • 👕 Casual dress code
  • 🎉 Regular company socials and team events
