Recruiter with high volume temporary recruitment experience required for ongoing contract commencing September. Role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting candidates for a manufacturing client involving industrial recruitment of production operatives and warehouse operatives essential Responsibilities * Place adverts, handle responses, carry out ID checks, referencing and coordinate clients requirements / fill vacnacies as they arise. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. * Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organisation. * Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to stakeholders within the organisation. Experience * Proven experience in recruitment or human resource role * Strong communication skills are vital for effective interaction with candidates and internal teams. * Experience with relationship management and a customer-focused approach is preferred. Dayshift position Monday – Friday, WFH / Hybrid arrangement available split 3 days office / 2 days home based
