Indirect Procurement Lead

Global, sector leading client now looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Lead to join their existing team.

Position will be responsible for leading the Indirect Procurement Team including Quantity Surveyors, Project Buyers and Administrators.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparation and negotiation for supplier selection and contracting process for regional/local spend.
2. Develop and manage relationships within the companies PSL, set KPIs and monitor performance, the P2P process and ensure compliance within agreed Payment terms.
3. Manage existing contracts and proactively initiate renewals or create new tenders for existing contracts.
4. Stakeholder management, collaborating closely with all areas of the business across multiple teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
