Smollan is seeking a Data Director to own end-to-end data flows for European Sales & Merchandising. You will lead a 5-person data team across Governance, MDM, Data Engineering, and BI, steering platform migrations into a cloud architecture (GCP/Databricks) and establishing robust governance practices.
The role requires strategic leadership, cross-market collaboration, and a strong data stack knowledge, including SQL Server, Azure, GCP, Databricks, dbt, and Power BI.
