Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 per annum plus bonus opportunity + Company Car or Car Allowance
Working: 35hrs per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid work from home, 2 days per week in our Winnersh Head Office (RG41)
What You'll Be Doing
- Hunting for new business and proactively identifying high‑value opportunities
- Farming and nurturing existing client relationships to maximise retention and upsell potential
- Building, managing, and maintaining a strong, healthy sales pipeline
- Creating tailored sales strategies to consistently hit – and exceed – targets
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver first‑class solutions for clients
- Representing the brand at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
- Crafting compelling presentations and written responses to formal client briefs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Developing comprehensive financial proposals, including detailed P&Ls and budget models
- Building a robust, healthy sales pipeline and diligently managing opportunities within our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
