Kick-start the New Year by taking your career to the next level. We are looking for driven, confident Brand Ambassadors to represent two of the UK’s leading vaping brands – ELFBAR & Lost Mary. If you bring the ambition and energy, we’ll provide the training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed and thrive.

Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £26,208 per annum + company car + monthly bonus opportunities and incentives (Top performers earn £1,000+ per month in bonuses on average)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Stretford, Manchester and surrounds

The Role

We are searching for a motivated Brand Ambassador to become the face of ELFBAR and Lost Mary within your territory. You will build strong partnerships with independent retailers, increase in-store visibility, and drive engagement through our rewards programme. This is more than just a role – it’s an opportunity to take real ownership of your area and grow in a fast-paced position where every day brings something new.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Visiting independent retailers across your territory to promote ELFBAR and Lost Mary
  • Building trusted relationships with key decision-makers, using your influencing skills to improve product visibility through point-of-sale materials such as posters
  • Driving retailer engagement with our rewards programme
  • Expanding brand presence by identifying and engaging new stores to increase visibility and awareness across your region
  • Taking full ownership of your territory, applying an entrepreneurial mindset to maximise engagement and performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous field sales experience is beneficial, but not essential – we’re looking for ambition, drive, and a willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of the vaping industry, or a strong interest in building a career within it
  • Genuine passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • A full manual driving licence held for at least 12 months
