As a Regional Sales Manager, you won't just visit stores; you'll change how they perform. You'll work with retail teams and in-store promoters to improve sales, sharpen execution, and build genuine advocacy for the Hisense brand. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll combine coaching, training, sales insight, and retail execution to deliver results that can be seen (and measured).
What will you be doing?
- Build strong relationships with store managers and retail teams - be someone they trust and listen to
- Deliver engaging product training that actually sticks and gets used on the shop floor
- Coach and support in-store promoters, helping them raise their game
- Use sales data and insight to spot opportunities and act on them quickly
- Improve merchandising and visibility, making sure Hisense stands out for the right reasons
- Plan and deliver events, demo days, and training sessions that drive engagement
- Keep a close eye on stock, performance, and competitors, turning insight into action
- Support recruitment and onboarding, helping build a strong, capable team

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who can combine commercial thinking with people development. You might come from:
- Field sales, retail management, or account management
- Retail training or coaching roles
- Consumer electronics, FMCG, or similar environments

- Experience in coaching, developing, or managing people with a focus on improving performance
- Confidence delivering training
- Ability to analyse performance and take action
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
