Salary: up to Β£38,000 per annum + bonus opportunity, based on experience (OTE: up to Β£41,800 per annum)
Working: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend or evening working, time in lieu)
Location: Hybrid with 2 days per week in Winnersh (RG41 5TP) with occasional visits to client offices in London and Leeds.
At REL Field Marketing, we partner with some of the biggest retail names to deliver engaging, creative sampling & events campaigns across the UK. Weβre looking for a proactive and passionate Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering standout client experiences.
The Role:
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the full delivery of sampling and branded events projects, ensuring campaigns are executed with precision, quality, and creativity. Youβll work with our clients, internal teams, and field managers to make sure everything runs smoothly, from the initial brief to post-campaign reporting. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where no two days are the same. Youβll need to juggle multiple priorities, motivate a tight-knit team, and deliver consistently high standards, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management β Be the main point of contact for day-to-day queries. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring briefs are delivered on time with thorough quality checks.
- Project Leadership β Lead and oversee sampling, experiential activities and branded events, from planning through to live delivery.
- Data & Insight β Pull and analyse reports, using data to influence change and present results to clients and field managers.
- Process Improvement β Identify and implement new ways of working, ensuring seamless adoption by the field team.
- Team Communication β Present project overviews and performance results confidently at all levels.
- Risk Management β Develop weekly contingency plans to minimise disruption and ensure smooth operations.
- Performance Reporting β Collate week-end compliance data and activity overviews to share with clients.
- Mentorship β Manage and develop a small team, including conducting 1:1s, and providing cover during periods of leave.
- Collaboration β Work closely with the field team, recruitment team, and systems team.

- Experienced in campaign delivery and client-facing roles.
- Strong in presentation skills β comfortable presenting both online (Teams, Google Meet) and in-person.

- Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
