Hours: 21 hours per week over 3 days, (Part-Time, Permanent)

Territory: Clapham, Croydon, Islington, Richmond, Epsom and surrounds
Working for Smollan as Team Leader to support the Regional Field Manager on our Sampling team, ensuring consistent delivery throughout, and inspiring & creating a culture of coaching and people development within the region.
Your Mission:
- Lead with Passion
- Inspire & Develop: Welcome new starters and provide hands‑on coaching to help existing staff reach their full potential.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build "first‑name" rapport with Store Managers to ensure our sampling activations run flawlessly.
- Quality Control: Use your sharp eye for detail to guarantee every brand experience meets our elite standards.
- Drive Performance: Instill a "can‑do" culture, ensuring every activity delivers a massive return for our customers.
What we are looking for:
- Mentorship Skills: Experience in training, developing, and getting the best out of a team.
- Field Experience: A hands‑on approach to retail or customer‑service environments.
- The "Can‑Do" Spirit: An enthusiastic mindset that sees opportunities where others see challenges.
- Reliability: The ability to manage a flexible 21‑hour week, primarily across the busy weekend period.
Ideal (but not essential):
- Experience in sampling, brand activation or promotional roles
- Background in FMCG, retail or experiential marketing
