Weekend Retail Team Leader – Brand Experience

Are you an experienced Team Leader, Supervisor or Assistant Manager looking for a permanent part-time role that fits around your week?

Package: Permanent Part Time: £14.93 per hour + bonus (up to £16.32 per hour OTE) + travel expenses

Working: 14hrs across 2 days (Friday, Saturday or Sunday)

Territory: East of England – covering Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk & Norfolk (17 stores)

We're looking for a confident people leader to support and coach our retail Sampling Team across the East of England, helping our Brand Ambassadors deliver brilliant customer experiences for some of the UK's best-known brands. You'll support a network of 18 stores across the region, planning targeted store visits, coaching team members and building strong relationships with Store Managers to make sure every activation is delivered to a consistently high standard.

This could be a great fit if you've worked as a Retail Supervisor, Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Hospitality Supervisor, Event Team Leader or experienced Brand Ambassador and enjoy developing people while still being hands-on.

What we are looking for

This is a role for a leader who leads by example. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Mentorship Skills: Experience in training, developing, and getting the best out of a team.
• Field Experience: A hands-on approach to retail or customer-service environments.
• The "Can-Do" Spirit: An enthusiastic mindset that sees opportunities where others see challenges.
• Reliability: The ability to manage a flexible 21-hour week, primarily across the busy weekend period.

Ideal (but not essential):

• Experience in sampling, brand activation or promotional roles
• Background in FMCG, retail or experiential marketing

• £10,867.80 per annum + up to £1,013 per annum bonus based on KPIs (up to £11,881 OTE)
