Join REL Field Marketing as our Field Operations Manager - a pivotal role where you'll combine operational strategy with hands-on leadership to make a real impact.

Full-Time, Permanent

Working: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday

Location: remote/flexible with monthly travel to Head Office in Winnersh (RG41 5TP)

Salary: £34,000 to £38,000 per annum + up to 12% bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing our Field Booking team
  • Using insight and data to drive performance, engagement, and attendance
  • Streamlining workflows and boosting efficiency through smarter processes and tech
  • Collaborating across teams (Account Management, HR, Payroll) to keep everything running smoothly
  • Building strong relationships with Field Agents and store teams
  • Tracking KPIs and delivering actionable reporting that informs the bigger picture
  • Ensuring top-tier standards across compliance, quality, and health & safety
