Salary: £15,238.08 per annum + up to 15% quarterly bonus + 34p/mile + incentives
Hours: 24 per week, Tuesday–Thursday
Territory: covering Greenock, Johnstone, Paisley, Milngavie and Dumbarton
Essential: Own car + full driving licence (field-based role)
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Retail Merchandising & Stock Management: Ensure shelves are fully stocked, neatly organised, and comply with brand standards
- Stock Rotation: Manage stock rotation, check dates, and keep displays clean and tidy
- Planogram & Display Execution: Build and maintain eye-catching product displays
- Planogram Compliance: Follow planograms accurately to ensure correct product placement and visibility
- Store Collaboration: Work closely with supermarket staff and managers to access stock and maintain strong working relationships
- Territory Management: Travel across your designated stores to deliver consistent, high-quality merchandising standards
