Role

Sports Brand Ambassador – adidas. Full Time, Permanent. Working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (flexible days and hours), with infrequent weekend and evening work. Territory includes Reading, Bristol, Southampton, and surrounding areas.

Package: £23,809 to £24,500 per annum + up to 10% bonus opportunity + 34p per mile (or travel costs) + significant uniform allowance.

Reporting back what\’s working in the field to adidas HQ to help shape the future. You will be the game-changer out in the field, bringing your love of running, football and sports to life in retail stores and with consumers.

Responsibilities

• Bringing your love of running, football and sports to life in retail stores and with consumers.
• Building a team of adidas advocates – from shop staff to local community contacts.
• Delivering product training in retail stores that inspires confidence and knowledge (face-to-face and online).
• Showcasing new kit, testing performance gear, and sharing real-world insights.
• Creating desire and excitement for adidas by making every interaction memorable.
• Reporting back what\’s working in the field to adidas HQ to help shape the future.

• A runner, footballer, or performance sport enthusiast who lives and breathes an active lifestyle.
• Energetic, confident, and approachable – you’re the one that gets the team buzzing before a match or training session.
• Ideally retail or training experience, but sporting mindset, drive and passion matter most.
• Interested in performance, physiology, and what makes athletes excel.
• Comfortable presenting, connecting, and inspiring – in-store or online.
• Have a driving licence and a reliable vehicle (travel and occasional overnights).
