The Role - Key Responsibilities:

  • Client-facing senior position managing a diverse portfolio of SMEs, groups, LLPs, and charities.
  • Review and preparation of statutory accounts under FRS102.
  • Oversee audit assignments from planning through to completion.
  • Deliver advisory and business support services to privately owned businesses.
  • Support and mentor junior team members and active studiers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partners to deliver quality client service and drive growth.
  • Play a key part in the strategic development of the firm as a future Director.

What we are looking for:

  • ACA or ACCA-qualified accountant with strong technical experience in accounts.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and develop client relationships.
  • Ambition to obtain your Practising Certificate.

  • Comfortable working with cloud-based systems (Xero preferred).
