Semi Senior Accountant/Trainee Accountant - Firm of Accountants - Swansea

Duties:

  • Preparation of accounts and tax computations for a wide range of companies, partnerships and sole traders.
  • Reporting directly to your director or client manager.
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
  • Bookkeeping support - using various accounting software packages, including Sage 50 and Xero.
  • Attending meetings with clients.
  • Providing support to junior staff.

Desirable:

  • Ideally at least 2 years experience working in a Firm of Accountants.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in Sage and Xero is preferred but not essential.
  • Friendly and approachable.
