We are working with our client who are looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper. Ideally, the candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in an Accountancy Firm. The AAT qualification would be an advantage but not a requirement.

Duties:

  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Resolve client VAT queries
  • Preparation of Accounts
  • Posting invoices onto software
  • Reconciling bank on software
  • VAT administration
  • Assisting clients in the use of various software packages

Previous experience with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Kashflow and office management software like Microsoft Office (namely Word & Excel).

Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
