We are a long-established rural accountancy firm seeking an experienced and reliable individual to take ownership of the preparation and review of accounts across a mixed portfolio, predominantly agricultural clients alongside several larger commercial businesses. This is a hands-on, production-focused role with responsibility for quality control, suited to someone who takes pride in delivering accurate, complete work with minimal supervision.
The Role
- Preparation or finalisation of year-end accounts for farming and rural businesses, alongside a selection of SME clients
- Completing corporation tax and self-assessment returns
- Handling key areas such as:
- Capital gains tax
- Rollover and holdover elections
