About the Role

As Product Growth Lead, you will own the user journey for us, focusing on driving adoption, retention, and advocacy within customer organizations. Your primary goal will be to help users fully understand and unlock the platform\’s value, creating “sticky” users who champion the products within their teams and organizations.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in PLG/B2B growth, who thrives in competitive markets and has a passion for creating meaningful, long-lasting user relationships. You will design and execute initiatives to deepen engagement, foster internal advocacy, and ensure customer success at scale.

What You’ll Do

User Adoption, Retention, and Engagement:

  • Take ownership of the user journey/Experience, optimizing it to ensure seamless adoption of new features and functionality.
  • Design and execute strategies to move users from freemium to paid models, while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Create initiatives that foster sticky user behavior, emphasizing continuous engagement and value realization.

Growth Hacking and Experimentation:

  • Drive rapid experimentation, designing and executing low-cost, high-impact tests to uncover innovative ways to boost user adoption, retention, and engagement.
  • Optimize the user lifecycle, focusing on every stage—from activation to advocacy—by implementing creative growth tactics such as gamification, personalized onboarding flows, and viral loops.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, run A/B tests, and refine experiments that maximize feature adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Capitalize on emerging channels, engineering new strategies to expand product adoption, encourage internal referrals, and create scalable growth across customer accounts.

Customer-Centric Growth Strategies:
