Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Specialist in Network Architecture. The successful candidate will design, implement, and optimize network solutions to meet the dynamic needs of our clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Analysing network requirements
- Troubleshooting issues
- Configuring and monitoring network infrastructures
- Ensuring their security and performance
- Creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation
- Collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Amongst a small team, liaising with colleagues in the UK, Europe and Dubai and ultimately reporting into Sydney, this role is key to our success in the EMEA market. You can be based in the UK or Europe. This is a new role, based on business growth. The role suits someone who is looking to take ownership of a part of that success. You will proactively balance business and commercial requirements within technical standards to optimise commercial goals and end user experience.
Qualifications
- Network Design and Architecture expertise, including experience with LAN, WAN, and wireless networking technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Network Configuration, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Security best practices related to network infrastructures, including vulnerability assessment and risk mitigation.
- Proficiency with Network Documentation and Technical Writing to ensure accurate maintenance of technical resources.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a remote, globally distributed team.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in hospitality industry network solutions or a similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules to provide support across UK/EUR/ME time zones.
- You should be able to undertake a small amount of regional travel, UK and EUR.
