We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Osteria Fiorentina in Chelsea.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Helping prepare and plate menu items while ensuring that all food products are produced and plated according to Brand Standards.
- Responsible for upholding all standards and daily operations of the kitchen in conjunction with the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
- Assist with goal development and follow up, budget reviews.
- Review the daily activities.
- Oversee and direct training of new hires in specified phases of the kitchen operation.
- Provide feedback to staff on their performance.
You will need to have experience in this position. Salary up to £16.50 per hour plus bonus and incentives. If you have experience with Italian cuisine and meat is a plus.
