What\'s the role about?
As our Womenswear Stylist, you will provide the styling and on set direction for clothing and non-clothing products according to brand guidelines and creative direction. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on the brand\'s vision - representing the product through an elevated aesthetic that showcases its design features to the customer. As a key member of our Studio team, this role is critical in ensuring consistency and alignment to the creative vision across all channels and product categories, while supporting the delivery of our broader commercial ambitions.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
  • Proven ability to work quickly, be adaptive to change and with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience in styling and the ability to be autonomous across a range of categories.
  • Styling experience within editorial and ecommerce.
  • Strong fashion sense, identifies with the Reiss aesthetic.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams, including Design, Buying and Creative.

What you\'ll be doing

  • Prepare outfits that inspire and engage the customer in accordance with the shoot schedule. Pre-style, collaborate and follow relevant approval processes with brand stakeholders.
  • Onset styling, collaborating with our photographer and onset team to provide pose direction to models. Accurately represent the product, ensure that the USP\'s are considered and visible in imagery.
  • Responsible for ensuring the correct size products are available and amended or pinned to fit on set.
  • Own image selection, identifying the most appropriate poses and images that are both commercial and creative.
  • Support, if necessary, on Campaign, Lookbook and Content shoots - Under the direction of the Creative Director and Art Director dress and prepare the models for the shoot, step in where necessary to adjust the garments on set.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that the schedule is adhered to and timing is appropriate.
  • Communicating e-commerce status to the wider business, develop strong relationships with the womenswear team at head office.
  • Research and produce guides, trend reports and training documents for the e-com team.
