We are looking for a talented, engaged student to join our ESG team as a Sustainability & ESG Placement. This role will support the ESG Coordinator and Manager to deliver the ESG Roadmap targets, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders. Supporting with administrative duties, sustainability and ethical trade responsibilities, including supplier onboarding and data collection. You will currently be in your second year of studies and will be available to join us for a 52-week placement from July 2026.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support with supplier and factory onboarding, supplier map maintenance and Next Code of Practice audit management and analysis.
  • Supporting delivery of ESG roadmap targets as directed by the Senior ESG Coordinator.
  • Collating and providing ethical trade and sustainability data for reporting and tracking as well as critical path management and file organisation.
  • Monitoring and tracking sustainable product development and sustainable business targets.
  • Supporting all business functions including Product, Marketing and Finance on ESG queries.
  • Working collaboratively with relevant teams to engage them on CSR issues and develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as consultants and industry groups.
