Reiss is seeking a Profit Protection Manager to shape and deliver the profit protection strategy within our Retail Operations team across all stores. You will partner with the Head of Retail Operations and retail leadership to protect people, customers and business from stock and cash loss.
You’ll drive policy adoption, educate store teams, use data to identify root causes, and lead initiatives with cross-functional partners to reduce losses and strengthen profit protection culture.
