We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Wholesale & Franchise Merchandise Planner to take ownership of the Reiss global franchise business across the Middle East, Europe and the UK. This role combines planning, selling and account management, with responsibility for forecasting, in-season trading and partner performance. Working closely with internal Product, Buying, Shipping and Marketing teams, you’ll ensure our global partners are supported with the right product, delivered on time, to maximise sales and profitability while strengthening long-term relationships.

What you’ll be doing
- Reporting Wholesale & Franchise performance and forecasts versus budget, including Dispatch by Period and Shipping Forecasts.
- Maintaining Wholesale & Franchise WISSI, ensuring alignment with Mainline Category and Top Line Financial forecasts.
- Owning department forecasting in line with Reiss Mainline booking requirements across fashion and continuity product.
- Driving in-season trading opportunities by pushing available‑to‑sell stock and increasing partner sell‑out.
- Producing pre‑ and post‑buy analysis to support balanced range building that meets global partner needs.
- Managing the end-to-end Wholesale & Franchise market process, both in-house and virtually via NuOrder, including buy calendars and order deadlines.
- Ensuring Mainline product teams have clear visibility of Wholesale & Franchise buys, forecasts and commitments in‑season.
- Managing allocation and dispatch to ensure committed stock is delivered in line with partner agreements and shipping windows, while overseeing imagery and data requirements to reduce cancellations and risk.
