Working closely with the Social, Art Direction and Production teams, you will take content from concept through to final delivery, creating distinctive, engaging work that reflects the Reiss brand.

Blending creativity, insight and a social-first mindset, you will lead content capture on set, shape platform-specific formats and identify new opportunities to grow audience engagement.

You'll combine a strong visual eye with an understanding of trends, audience behaviour and performance to deliver polished content at pace while maintaining consistently high brand standards.

Who you are Relevant practical experience creating and editing social-first video content, gained through professional work, placements, freelance projects or a personal portfolio, with the confidence to shoot high-quality content independently on an i Phone or mobile device.

Advanced proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Da Vinci Resolve.

In-depth understanding of social platforms, formats and the creative choices that make content engaging.

A strong visual eye, with an understanding of composition, movement, pacing and storytelling.

Ability to interpret a creative brief and take polished social content from concept through shooting, editing and final delivery.

Highly organised, proactive and creatively curious, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, tight turnarounds and consistently high brand standards.

Experience within fashion, luxury, lifestyle or another visually led brand would be advantageous, alongside photography, colour grading, reusable format development or using AI tools to support creative workflows.

What you'll be doing Managing concept development, on-set delivery and post-production for social content across campaigns and content shoots, ensuring work is delivered on time.

Editing raw footage into polished social assets, cutdowns and platform-specific formats, including testing variations in hooks, pacing and formats.

Maximising each shoot by creating multiple social-first assets, building reusable templates, using AI to support output and adjusting colour grading where required.

Staying up to date with social trends, platform updates, creator activity and audience behaviours, bringing relevant new formats and creative approaches into planning through the brand lens.

Collaborating effectively across teams, communicating ideas clearly, taking accountability for deadlines and output quality, and contributing to an inclusive, high-performing environment.
