The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Based in our London Head Office, the Talent Partner will work closely with our Retail stakeholders across the UK and EU to source, identify and deliver best-in-class store management for our retail teams. You will be responsible for successfully managing key vacancies and delivering new talent to the business on time or ahead of schedule. You will help to define and deliver our global employer brand to prospective candidates and create an unforgettable experience for any individual who interacts with Reiss as part of the hiring process. The role will be based in our London head office 3 days per week with 2 days per week working remotely.

Who you are

  • In-house or agency experience with knowledge and proven experience recruiting Retail management roles would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience of recruiting for an established brand.
  • Ability to identify exceptional talent, measuring capability, skills and behaviours in a virtual environment (MS Teams).
  • An experienced interviewer with the ability to be a true brand ambassador in a virtual setting.
  • A reliable and focused self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills; able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

What you’ll be doing

  • You will champion the Reiss employer brand, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate experience within your territories.
  • Proactively identify, source, and engage with relevant talent through direct applications, LinkedIn and networking.
  • You will act as the culture barometer for all applications; selecting candidates to be interviewed by your stakeholders and identifying those who do not meet our expectations for attitude and behaviours including ambition, accountability, courage, commitment, focus, resilience and leadership.
  • Support multiple stakeholders with their requisitions, demonstrating a deep understanding of their store objectives and people needs, providing a true partnering service.
  • Deliver sourcing activities when required such as identifying target markets, market research, talent mapping and benchmarking.
  • Possess a desire to constantly strive to improve the quality, time and cost efficiency of the Talent function.
