What's the role about?
We're looking for a People Coordinator to support the smooth running of our People processes and provide high-quality administration across the employee lifecycle.
As a key member of the Reiss People Team, you will help maintain accurate employee records, support payroll and benefits activity, and act as the first point of contact for People administration queries.
This role is the operational backbone of our People team, ensuring employee data is accurate, processes are delivered efficiently, compliance standards are maintained, and colleagues receive a positive and supportive experience throughout their time with Reiss.

- What you'll be doing
- Processing employee lifecycle administration, including starters, leavers, employee changes and onboarding activity.
- Maintaining accurate employee files, Success Factors records and key People trackers, including probation, payroll submissions, references and employee changes.
- Managing right to work documentation, compliance records and expiry tracking, alongside the People inbox as the first point of contact for employees and managers on administration matters.
- Generating People documentation including probation confirmations, family leave correspondence, references and investigation or disciplinary meeting invitations.
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration, ensuring starter, leaver and employee change information is submitted accurately and on time.
- Administering employee benefits including Medicash and long service awards and supporting related queries.
- Producing reports and insights across headcount, absence, turnover, holiday data and engagement survey participation.
- Supporting induction, exit interview processes, engagement activity, wellbeing initiatives, reward and recognition, and wider People Team projects.
