As part of our Womenswear Production team, you'll be joining as our Junior Product Developer supporting the delivery of our creative and commercial strategy across tailored and structured product areas. You'll work closely with Design, Buying and Technical to support the product lifecycle from initial concept through to final samples, helping ensure every style lands on time, to spec, and aligned with our brand standards.
Who you are
- Youâll have previous experience in a similar product development role, ideally within womenswear.
- Have knowledge of the full product lifecycle, from sketch through to approved sample.
- Confident liaising directly with factories and managing supplier communication.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailâoriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Selfâmotivated, collaborative and a proactive team player.
What youâll be doing
- Working closely with Design and Buying to develop seasonal collections across structured product, flagging risks early to ensure options are developed to specification and to deadline.
- Supporting supplier negotiations to help achieve margin targets without compromising quality or design intent.
- Helping manage supplier allocation to ensure each product is placed with the most suitable factory.
- Supporting Critical Path management from concept sketch through protos and final buying samples.
- Assisting with seasonal supplier analysis and SWOT reviews, helping prepare feedback that informs future strategy.
- Ensuring structured product is aligned with the appropriate supplier capabilities and assisting in monitoring business levels across the supply base.
- Maintaining product trackers alongside the Product Development Manager, ensuring samples and swatches are received on time, in correct fabrications and colours, ahead of milestone meetings.
