You’ll play a key role in managing inbound data, supporting customs and compliance processes, and maintaining the systems and administration that keep both UK inbound operations running smoothly. This position is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Who you are

- Strong administrative and systems skills, with confident use of Excel and Outlook.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A clear and confident communicator, comfortable liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proactive mindset, able to identify issues early and elevate appropriately.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
- Analytical and methodical approach, with the ability to work accurately with data and documentation.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing inbound intake bookings with freight forwarders, ensuring deliveries are scheduled in line with warehouse capacity.
- Maintaining and managing the Intake Diary, coordinating and adjusting bookings as required to support operational flow.
- Owning data flow between freight forwarders, internal systems, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inbound and customs information.
- Ensuring all inbound and customs documentation is complete and accurate prior to arrival, escalating any gaps or risks.
- Supporting HMRC compliance requirements by maintaining accurate bonded warehouse records and carrying out proactive checks.
- Monitoring inbound deliveries and identifying any delays or risks to intake schedules, escalating where necessary.
- Carrying out general logistics administration, including GRN receipting and updating systems such as Vision and Nova.
What we’ll do for you
- Up to 65% employee discount.
- Access to exclusive sample sales.
- Plus further workplace benefits.
