Who you are

- Skilled in bank reconciliations, ledger management, and debtor reporting, with excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
- Highly organised with a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance systems, documentation, and reporting accuracy.
- Confident using finance systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central) and banking platforms such as Barclays, Chase, or BACS.

- An effective communicator, able to engage clearly with stakeholders across finance, retail operations, commercial teams, and external partners.
What you\’ll be doing

- Lead concession accounting: posting weekly invoices, maintaining control account reconciliations, and resolving any outstanding debtor issues.
- Own corporate customer debtor reporting: including monthly aged debt reports, weekly sales reporting, and regular collaboration with the Corporate Sales Manager.
- Drive improvements across systems and processes, creating clear documentation, identifying optimisation opportunities, and ensuring alignment with financial reporting requirements.
