As our Brand Creative, you\’ll play a key supporting role in bringing the Reiss vision to life across multiple creative outputs. Reporting into the Art Director, you\’ll be involved in everything from campaign ideation to social content execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on research, has a sharp eye for aesthetics, and is keen to learn how creative strategy is brought to life in a luxury fashion environment.
Your work will help shape the early creative direction of key projects and ensure that ideas are translated into compelling, brand-aligned visual concepts. You\’ll also take the lead on select social campaigns, liaise with freelance creatives, and contribute to the smooth running of our shoots and productions. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role with exciting exposure to all areas of our Creative Studio.

What you\’ll be doing
- Assist the Art Director in preparing for campaigns and creative shoots by researching trends, references, and visual inspiration that align with the brand\’s vision. Help develop moodboards and pitch materials that feed into wider creative sessions.
- Build and maintain creative pitch decks and presentation documents, ensuring content is updated and aligned with top-line direction from senior creatives.
- Oversee music licensing across all creative content. Ensure the correct rights are secured, tracked, and documented for all relevant campaigns and outputs.
- Deliver clear, well-organised briefs to the Production team, covering shoot concepts, model and photographer suggestions, and location ideas.
- Act as a key point of contact for freelance art directors and social teams on designated projects. You\’ll share responsibility with the Junior Art Director and Art Director depending on the scale and scope.
- Support on set as an Assistant Art Director during select creative shoots. Be hands-on with product knowledge, outfit tracking, styling support and overall shoot prep.
- Regularly contribute to idea generation by sourcing cultural references and design inspiration. Be proactive in sharing trends and insights that inform creative direction across social and campaign work.
