We’re looking for a detail-focused and commercially minded Assistant Merchandiser to support our global Wholesale & Franchise business. In this role, you’ll help plan, trade and allocate stock to our international partners, ensuring they receive the right product to maximise sales and achieve strong seasonal performance. You’ll work closely with Product, Merchandising, Warehouse, and our partners to manage range planning, analyse trading performance, maintain accurate product data and drive in-season opportunities. What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the end-to-end Wholesale market process, both in-house and virtually.
- Managing NuOrder, ensuring product data and assets are uploaded accurately and on time.
- Producing pre- and post-buy analysis to help build balanced partner ranges each season.
- Representing Wholesale & Franchise in weekly trade meetings, sharing insights and actions.
- Maintaining and developing weekly sales and stock reporting using partner data and portals.
- Driving in-season trading by sharing available-to-sell opportunities and understanding partner needs.
- Managing stock allocation by raising sales orders, ensuring accurate dispatch and meeting partner timelines.
- Building strong working relationships across Product, Warehouse and partner teams while supporting and mentoring the Trainee Merchandiser.
