What\’s the role about
We\’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Buyer to join our Outlet team. In this dynamic role, you\’ll work closely with the Outlet Buying and Development Manager, helping to build commercially successful collections. You\’ll support the full buying cycle from range planning to sample management, working cross-functionally with our Mainline, Merchandising, and Technical teams to bring the brand vision to life.

What you\’ll be doing

  • Supporting the Buyer in selecting and developing the Outlet collection, ensuring it aligns with the brand vision
  • Assisting with fabric, yarn, and product concept sourcing to support seasonal planning
  • Managing development specs and coordinating sample submissions for seasonal buy meetings
  • Setting up and maintaining buy boards, store packs, and team trackers
  • Attending and contributing to weekly Trade meetings, sample collation, and reporting
  • Taking ownership of selected product categories including sketch reviews, fittings, and CP management
  • Assisting in negotiating cost prices and supporting supplier relationships to meet target margins
  • Managing the product critical path from development to delivery and ensuring deadlines are met
