We are looking for an Area Visual Manager to join our Visual Merchandising team to manage the customer environment and deliver a consistent look and feel across all stores and spaces. Collaborating closely with the Area Manager, you will be contributing towards driving profitable sales, whilst training and supporting stores to deliver the Visual Merchandising vision.

This role will be looking after our Midlands store locations.

Who you are

  • Experienced in multi-site Visual Merchandising within fashion and an unwavering passion for the luxury fashion industry.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of creative and commercial aspects of visual merchandising and demonstrating these within a store environment.
  • Excellent relationship builder and communicator at all levels, within head office and in store. Working alongside the Area Manager.
  • Great analytical skills to interpret commercial reports and able to deliver actionable insights. Spotting trends and being up to date with the industry/competition.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Being based in the Midlands and holding a full, clean driving licence is desirable but not essential.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coaching and upskilling our teams in store visits, empowering them with the skills and confidence to deliver an elevated product presentation.
  • Act as the Brand Ambassador, with the in-depth knowledge of VM Principles with a styling detail orientated approach. Adopting a ‘Walking in the customer’s shoes’ approach and always considering the customer journey in store.
  • Identifying store opportunities, whilst organising and leading the visual training in planned off the floor sessions.
  • Regularly perform competitive reviews to ensure we are best in market, whilst actively promoting new ideas to improve product presentation and ways to drive sales.
  • Working collaboratively with various stakeholders, sharing knowledge and ideas with the wider team for bigger impact, ensuring that changes are successful and reviewing these changes.
