As our Stylist, you will support the delivery of styling across ecommerce, campaign and creative shoots, ensuring all imagery reflects the brand aesthetic and creative direction.

Working closely with the Head Stylist, photographers and wider Studio team, you will help bring products to life through considered styling, strong attention to detail and a commercial eye.

This role is key in supporting shoot preparation, on-set styling and image selection, ensuring products are represented accurately and consistently across all creative channels.

This is a part‑time position, requiring studio‑based working three days per week. Core working days will typically be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, subject to business needs.

Who You Are

  • Experience styling across ecommerce, campaign and/or creative shoots, with strong on‑model styling skills.
  • Confident working directly with models on set, including dressing, adjusting and ensuring garments are fitted and styled correctly.
  • Excellent understanding of fit, proportion and garment presentation, including the ability to pin and adjust where required.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced studio environment, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working alongside photographers, stylists and wider studio teams.
  • Comfortable supporting castings and test shoots, with the ability to select appropriate product for models.
  • Impeccable fashion awareness with an understanding of brand aesthetics and current trends.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support the Head Stylist with pre‑styling for all shoots, including preparing rails, steaming garments, maintaining the styling wardrobe and styling kit, and supporting overall shoot readiness.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to prepare line lists and review styles ahead of shoots.
  • Style looks for ecommerce, campaign and creative shoots, ensuring products are represented accurately and in line with the brand aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with photographers and the wider on‑set team to provide pose direction and ensure imagery delivers both creative and commercial impact.
  • Dress and prepare models for shoots, ensuring garments fit correctly and are adjusted or pinned where necessary.
  • Support image selection, identifying the most appropriate imagery and poses across shoot outputs.
  • Assist on campaign and creative shoots under the direction of the Head Stylist, making styling adjustments throughout the shoot day where needed.
  • Attend castings and test shoots, selecting suitable products for models and creating considered product edits.
  • Collaborate with the wider studio team to ensure shoot schedules run smoothly and deadlines are achieved.
  • Research and produce styling guides, trend reports and training materials for teams across the business.
