We’re looking for a PR & VIP Manager to shape and protect the Reiss brand image across press, VIP relations, and key cultural moments. You will lead seasonal PR and VIP strategy in partnership with the brand’s PR agency, driving impactful storytelling, organic brand visibility, and meaningful press opportunities across fashion, lifestyle, business, and digital media. You’ll act as a key brand guardian, working closely with senior stakeholders, media, stylists, and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful brand moments and ensure all external communications consistently reflect the Reiss aesthetic, positioning, values, and commercial objectives.

Who You Are

  • A highly connected PR professional with strong experience across fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands, and a deep understanding of the media, VIP, and cultural landscape.
  • Experienced in developing and delivering seasonal PR and VIP strategies that drive impactful brand storytelling, organic visibility, and meaningful editorial coverage.
  • A confident communicator and relationship builder, with strong existing relationships across editors, stylists, agents, talent teams, influencers, and industry contacts.
  • Commercially aware and culturally informed, with a strong understanding of current fashion, entertainment, social, and cultural trends and the ability to identify opportunities relevant to the Reiss customer.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, events, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experienced in managing press launches, previews, events, and brand activations, ensuring exceptional execution and alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborative and influential, able to partner effectively with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams while confidently managing approvals, messaging, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Analytical and results‑focused, comfortable monitoring PR performance, evaluating coverage and visibility, and using insights to optimise future activity and support commercial objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the development and execution of seasonal PR and VIP strategies aligned with wider brand and business objectives, ensuring consistent and impactful brand visibility.
  • Working closely with the external PR agency to identify compelling brand stories, product narratives, and cultural opportunities that elevate the Reiss brand across key media channels.
  • Driving proactive and reactive press activity to secure high‑quality editorial coverage across fashion, lifestyle, business, and digital media, while maintaining strong relationships with editors, stylists, agents, and industry contacts.
  • Owning and managing the VIP dressing strategy across menswear and womenswear, securing organic dressing opportunities with celebrities, influencers, tastemakers, and cultural talent aligned with the Reiss brand.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with stylists, agents, and talent teams while overseeing sample management and coordination for VIP fittings, appearances, and events.
  • Staying highly informed on fashion, entertainment, social, and cultural trends to identify relevant moments, emerging conversations, and opportunities that enhance brand visibility and relevance.
  • Leading PR execution for key seasonal moments including press previews, launches, campaigns, events, and brand activations, while supporting guest list management, media attendance, and VIP engagement strategies.
  • Partnering closely with senior leadership, marketing, creative, social, and buying teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment, while acting as a key brand guardian across all external communications, partnerships, and activations.
