What’s the role about?
We’re looking for a detail‑focused and motivated Junior Retoucher to join our in‑house Studio Team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a fast‑paced, creative environment, refining product imagery for our ecommerce platforms, social channels, and concession partners.
Reporting to the Retouch Manager, you’ll support the wider retouching team in delivering polished and accurate photography that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic.
From image amendments to colour corrections, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our digital assets are consistent, on‑brand, and ready for launch.
This role is a fixed‑term contract until 31st January 2027.
Who You Are A junior creative with some hands‑on experience in retouching, ideally within a studio, fashion, or ecommerce environment.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Mac OS, with a keen interest in colour correction, image refinement, and digital asset preparation.
Detail‑oriented and organised, with a strong eye for visual consistency and accuracy.
Comfortable working to daily deadlines, managing multiple tasks and image requests efficiently.
Collaborative and communicative, able to follow direction while taking initiative where needed.
Enthusiastic, hardworking, and ready to learn in a supportive, fast‑paced studio environment.
Familiarity with Capture One and digital asset management systems is a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the retouching team in refining ecommerce imagery across model and still‑life photography.
Ensuring all product imagery is colour matched to samples and meets our brand and style guidelines.
Actioning image amendments and requests from both the Studio and wider business in a timely and efficient manner.
Preparing and delivering image assets for product launches, social content, and concession partners.
Assisting with image searches and digital asset organisation to keep workflows smooth and consistent.
Maintaining high standards of image quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the retouching process.
